The booking widget

Manage Sites (/admin/api-sites.php) is where your websites connect to a1RepairFlow. Each connected site has its own API token, allowed categories, a live bookings counter and a status light.

WordPress install (4 steps, shown on the page)

1. Download plugin — get a1repairflow-widget.zip and upload it via WordPress → Plugins → Upload Plugin.
2. Connect site — click Connect WordPress Site, enter the site URL, choose categories.
3. Insert API key — copy the API token into a1RepairFlow Widget → Settings, together with the API Base URL shown at the top of the page.
4. Add widget — put [a1rf_repair_picker] (category → brand → model picker) or [a1rf_repair_prices model="auto"] on a page. [a1rf_repair_prices model="iPhone 14 Pro"] shows one model's price list. [a1repairflow_general_booking] is the model-free enquiry form.

Any other website

Not WordPress? Click 📋 on the site row for a one-line embed code with your token — works on Wix, Squarespace, plain HTML, anything.

Branding

Click 🎨 on the site row to set your brand colours (primary, soft, accent). The widget restyles itself on every connected site — same for the price badges and buttons.

Customers using the widget see live prices from your catalog and their bookings land in Bookings & Leads instantly.

The trade-in widget

Your public trade-in page is a1repairflow.com/tradein.php?shop=<your-slug> — link or embed it on your site. See Used devices for the full flow. It follows the visitor's browser language.

The webshop

Your product catalog powers a WooCommerce storefront:

• Shop categories in admin decide the customer-facing structure (Used iPhones, Used tablets…).
• Products sync with stock both ways — sell over the counter or online, ON-HAND stays right.
• Refurbished units appear in the shop when you Publish to shop (price/grade/battery/VAT-type required — the publish gate).

Connect the shop under Manage Sites → + Webshop, install the sync plugin on the WooCommerce site, and choose the categories to expose.

Calendar

Repairs → Tickets → Calendar shows tickets and appointments by day. Upcoming confirmed bookings feed the schedule automatically, and the Google Calendar integration mirrors it to your own calendar/phone (Integrations hub).

FAQ

Does the widget slow my site? No — it's a single small script loading asynchronously; prices come from a cached API.

Multiple websites? Add each as its own site in Manage Sites, each with its own token, branding and booking counter.
