Customers & the customer portal

The customer CRM

🎬 Tour video: Customer CRM

Customers (/admin/customers.php) lists everyone — with period cards for new customers and total customers. Search by name, phone or email; click a row to open the customer card.

The customer card

One page per customer (customer-view.php):

Customers are created automatically from bookings, trade-ins and POS sales — the CRM fills itself in. GDPR tools (export / anonymise) live on the card as well (see Administration → GDPR).

Live repair tracking (no login)

🎬 Tour video: Customer updates

Every ticket has a public tracking page at …/track.php?t=<token> — the link is included in the customer's SMS/emails automatically. The customer sees, live:

The page updates the moment your technician changes the ticket — no more "is it ready yet?" calls. It follows the visitor's browser language (English/Danish).

The self-service portal

Customers who want more can create a portal login (/portal/) with the email they gave at drop-off. There they see their tickets, invoices and quotes, can approve quotes, pay invoices online, download receipts and warranty certificates, and update their profile.

Reviews & feedback

🎬 Tour video: Reviews & feedback

Communication → Customer feedback (/admin/customer-feedback.php) queues customers whose repairs you just completed — each row shows the ticket, invoice, customer and contact details, with one-click 💬 SMS / 📧 Email review requests from templates you control (edit them right on the page). Combine with the Google Business / Trustpilot integrations so the reviews land where they matter. Use the date filter and Show hidden to manage the queue.

FAQ

Merge duplicate customers? Edit the customer and use the merge option, or contact support — history (tickets, invoices, points) follows the surviving record.

Customer wants their data deleted? Use the GDPR erasure on the customer card; invoices are retained (anonymised) as bookkeeping law requires.
