Bookings & leads

🎬 Tour videos: Website booking · Lead → Ticket

Every booking made on your website lands in Repairs → Bookings & Leads (/admin/bookings.php) — instantly, no email forwarding needed.

The bookings overview

The page opens with a period filter (Today / Yesterday / Last 7 days / …) and live cards:

Below, tabs split the list: All · New leads 🔴 · Confirmed · Pipeline. Each row shows the booking reference (e.g. WEB-A8BCE430), customer, device & services with price, requested date and time, delivery method (🏪 In store / 🚗 Pickup), lead status, booking status and source.

Working a lead

Each row has two dropdowns and action buttons:

What "Create Ticket" carries over: customer name/phone/email, device model, the selected

repair service(s), the price, and the booking reference. No retyping.

Notifications

The moment a booking is submitted on your website, the 🔔 bell in the admin top bar lights up and a popup appears — you see the request while the customer is still on the confirmation page. Notification behaviour (sound, email, SMS) is configured under Communication → Notifications (see Communication).

The general enquiry shortcode

If you want a booking form that doesn't require picking a device model, use the [a1repairflow_general_booking] WordPress shortcode (see Manage Sites → Shortcodes). These enquiries land in the same Bookings & Leads inbox, marked as general enquiries.

FAQ

A booking shows "website" as source — what else can appear? Bookings created by staff or via the API are labelled accordingly, so you always know where a lead came from.

Can a customer book without choosing a time? Yes — depending on your widget settings the booking can arrive without a slot, and you confirm the time when you contact them.
