The product catalog

Inventory → Products (/admin/products.php) holds everything you sell and stock: used devices, parts, accessories. The header shows Stock Retail Value, Stock Cost Value, Low Stock Inventory and In Purchase Order, plus quick links to VAT settings, IMEI/serial search, categories and import/export.

Filters: name/ID, category, brand, model, SKU/UPC, IMEI, serial, supplier, stock state (low stock / out of stock / in stock / serialized / missing image), condition grade and location.

• ➕ New product creates an item (name, SKU, category, prices, VAT type, stock).
• Shop categories (/admin/shop-categories.php) control what customers see in the webshop — independent of the repair categories. Each category has a name, slug, icon and sort order.

Services & device catalog (repair prices)

Devices (/admin/devices.php) lists your repair categories (Mobile, Tablet, Mac & PC, …) with brand/model/service counts — several hundred device models are preloaded on day one. Services (/admin/services.php) lists every repair service per model with price, time and origin, with import/export and templates.

Change a price here and it changes everywhere at once: your website price lists, the booking

widget, and the POS. Services can have variants (e.g. Budget / Premium OEM / Original screen)

each with its own price and repair time.

Serialized stock (IMEI/serials)

Serials and Labels (/admin/serials.php) is the fast lookup: scan or type an IMEI, serial or SKU and the exact unit appears — parent product, IMEI, serial, SKU, status (in_stock, trade_in, reserved, defect, sold), condition grade, battery %, lock state, purchase and sell price, VAT type and when it was added. From the result you can Print serial label, Print SKU label, Print used-device label, or open the parent product.

ON-HAND counts every physical unit in the shop — in stock, trade-ins, reserved and defect — so the number always matches what's on your shelves.

Suppliers & purchase orders

Suppliers (/admin/suppliers.php): add each supplier once — company name, contact person, VAT/CVR no., email, phone, address, country, payment terms (Net 7/14/30, COD, prepayment) and notes. The page also lists the latest purchase orders.

New Purchase Order (/admin/purchase-order-new.php):

1. Pick the supplier and an expected delivery date.
2. Add line items — type freely or Pick from inventory (name or SKU); set qty and unit cost.
3. Set status Draft (keep editing) or Sent to supplier, add internal notes, Save PO.

Received POs update stock and cost prices; the products page shows what's currently on order.

FAQ

Import my old stock? Use Import / Export on the products page (CSV template provided).

What's the difference between a product and a serial? The product is the model row ("Apple iPhone 13 128GB"); serials are the physical units under it, each with its own IMEI, grade and price. Sell a serial and only that unit leaves stock.
