Sale → Quotes (/admin/estimates.php). For jobs that start with "what would it cost?".

Creating a quote

1. Click + New quote.
2. Customer — start typing to search by name/phone/email, or enter a new customer's details. Optionally link a ticket.
3. Lines — use Quick-add from repair catalog (pick category → brand → model → click a service chip) or type free-text lines with qty, unit price (ex VAT) and VAT %. Totals update live.
4. Set Valid until, add notes (warranty terms, delivery time…), Save.

Working a quote

The editor's action bar: Mark as sent · Send via email · Send via SMS · Accepted · Rejected · Convert to invoice · Convert to ticket · Delete · Save. Statuses run Draft → Sent → Accepted / Rejected / Expired → Converted. An accepted quote becomes a ticket or an invoice in one click, and the quotes list keeps the full pipeline with values.

Gift cards

Sale → Gift cards (/admin/gift-cards.php). The header shows your liability at a glance: Sold total · Outstanding balance (= short-term debt) · Redeemed · Active cards · Expired.

Issuing a card

1. Click + Issue new gift card.
2. Amount, type (Digital — email + PDF, or Physical — printed + barcode), recipient name / email / phone, how it was paid, optional expiry, PIN, greeting and notes.
3. Click 🎁 Issue gift card. The card gets a unique number (GC-…); digital cards email the recipient a PDF automatically.

The card view shows balance vs original, details, a reload box, block temporarily, cancel, and the full transaction log (issued / redeemed / reloaded with balance before → after).

Redeeming

At checkout, choose Gift card as the payment method and scan/enter the card number. Partial redemptions leave the rest on the card.

Customer groups & loyalty

• Customer groups (Customers → Customer groups) give automatic discounts at sale — VIP, Corporate (−10 %, −15 %), Wholesale, Retail, EU, … Assign a group on the customer card and the POS applies it.
• Loyalty points accrue automatically on purchases. Each customer card has a Loyalty tab with the point balance and an entry per earning (with the invoice reference). Points can be used as a reward mechanism in campaigns and at the counter.

FAQ

Quote expiry? Quotes past their Valid until date show as Expired — resend with a new date if the customer returns.

Gift card accounting? The outstanding balance is listed as short-term debt; redemptions move it to revenue on the invoice where the card was used.
