Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the a1RepairFlow platform — the software, websites, booking widgets, webshop tools and related services available at a1repairflow.com and app.a1repairflow.com (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

a1RepairFlow is a subscription-based management platform for repair businesses: repair tickets, point of sale, invoicing, online booking, webshop, customer communication and related tools. We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features, provided this does not materially reduce the core functionality of your plan.

2. Accounts and responsibility

• You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account, including users you invite.
• You must use the Service in compliance with applicable law, including consumer, tax and data-protection law in your country of operation.

3. Trial, subscription and payment

• New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required for the trial.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (billed monthly, prices exclude VAT). Current prices are listed at a1repairflow.com.
• You can cancel at any time; the subscription then ends at the close of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

4. Your data

Data you and your customers enter into the Service (tickets, customers, invoices, products) belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy and GDPR & Data Processing terms. On termination you can request an export of your data; we delete tenant data after a retention window following account closure.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to send spam, to store or distribute unlawful content, to attempt to breach the security of the platform, or to resell the Service without our written agreement. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk, and will notify you when we do.

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support is provided by email and in-app in English and Danish.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Danish law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
