Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data a1RepairFlow collects, why, and what rights you have. It covers visitors to our websites, people who sign up for the Service, and people who use our demo.

In short: we collect what we need to run the platform, we don't sell personal data, and repair-shop customer data entered by our subscribers is theirs — we process it only on their behalf.

1. Who we are

a1RepairFlow ("we") operates the repair-shop platform at a1repairflow.com and app.a1repairflow.com. Contact: [email protected].

2. Data we collect

Account data — name, email, phone, shop details you provide when signing up or requesting a call/demo.
Usage data — log data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to improve the Service.
Billing data — subscription and invoice records. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe) and never touch our servers.
Demo data — if you build a personalized demo, we store the business profile you enter to create and maintain your preview (active 30 days, deleted no later than 90 days after creation unless you convert to a paid account).

3. Data our subscribers enter

Repair shops using a1RepairFlow store their own customers' data in the platform (names, contact details, repair history, invoices). For that data the shop is the data controller and we are the data processor — see GDPR & Data Processing. If you are a customer of a shop that uses a1RepairFlow, contact that shop for questions about your data.

4. Why we process data (legal bases)

To provide the Service you signed up for (contract).
To secure the platform, prevent abuse and keep records for accounting (legal obligation / legitimate interest).
To respond when you ask us to contact you (consent / pre-contractual steps).

5. Sharing

We share personal data only with processors needed to run the Service — hosting (EU data centers), email and SMS delivery, and payment processing — under data-processing agreements. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and deleted within a reasonable window after closure, except where accounting law requires longer retention of invoices (5 years in Denmark). Demo profiles are purged no later than 90 days after creation.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).

8. Cookies

Our sites use strictly necessary cookies for login sessions and security. We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the platform.

We will post updates to this policy here and note the date at the top of the page.
