WordPress repair booking widget

One snippet. Any WordPress theme. Every booking becomes a ticket.

a1RepairFlow's booking widget drops onto any WordPress site in one line — Divi, Elementor, WoodMart, Astra, Classic. Customer picks device, problem and time; your admin receives a live ticket with the booking already open; SMS confirmation goes to the customer. Unlike a booking plugin, the widget is one feature of a full platform — POS, tickets, invoicing, inventory and webshop all behind it.

The install

Five minutes from sign-up to a working widget.

The widget is a single HTML snippet. Paste it into a WordPress page, template, or custom-HTML block — the embed detects your theme, inherits your brand colours from your a1RepairFlow tenant settings, and starts taking bookings immediately.

<!-- a1RepairFlow booking widget — paste anywhere on your WordPress page -->
<div id="a1rf-booking" data-token="YOUR_TENANT_TOKEN"></div>
<script src="https://cdn.a1repairflow.com/widget/booking.js" async></script>
Step 01

Free 14-day trial

Email-only sign-up at a1repairflow.com/signup. No credit card. Full Pro-tier access for 14 days — the widget is included.

Step 02

Add your services

Open the admin, add your repair services (iPhone 15 screen → 1,200 DKK · laptop battery → 650 DKK · etc). The widget reads the price list live, so updating a price in the admin updates the widget instantly.

Step 03

Paste the embed

Copy your one-line snippet from the admin. Paste into any WordPress page — a Custom HTML block in Gutenberg, a Code module in Divi, an HTML widget in Elementor. Live immediately.

Common questions

WordPress + widget FAQ.

How is the a1RepairFlow booking widget different from a WordPress booking plugin?

a WordPress booking plugin is a WordPress-only booking plugin — the widget is what the product is. a1RepairFlow's widget is one feature of a full repair-shop platform; the same snippet works on WordPress, Wix, Shopify, Squarespace or plain HTML, and the booking becomes a live ticket inside a POS + invoicing + inventory system behind it. See the full comparison.

Can I use it on any WordPress theme?

Yes — any theme, any page builder. Divi, Elementor, WoodMart, Astra, Hello, Blocksy, GeneratePress, Classic Editor — the embed is one HTML snippet that drops into any page or template.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Yes. It coexists with WooCommerce — your product catalogue and checkout stay in WooCommerce, repair-service bookings go through the widget. If a booking becomes a repair that needs parts, the parts pull from a1RepairFlow inventory, not WooCommerce products.

Is the widget free?

The widget is included in the Pro plan at €69/month, which also includes the full platform behind it (POS, tickets, invoicing, SMS, trade-in workflow). No separate widget fee. See the pricing page for the plan breakdown.

How long does it take to install?

Five minutes. Sign up for a free 14-day trial, add your repair services and prices in the admin, copy the one-line embed snippet, paste it into a WordPress page. Live immediately.

Can I style it to match my site?

Yes. The widget inherits brand colours (primary, accent, text) from your a1RepairFlow tenant settings — set once in the admin and every embed updates. CSS variables are exposed if you need to override specific values per-page.

What happens when a customer books?

The booking creates a live repair ticket in the a1RepairFlow admin with the customer details, device, problem description and chosen time slot. SMS + email confirmation goes to the customer. Your dashboard shows the new booking in real-time.

Can I migrate from a WordPress booking plugin?

Yes. Export your a WordPress booking plugin services and customers as CSV, email them to [email protected] — a migration engineer imports them into your trial tenant in about 20 minutes. Your existing WordPress site stays as-is; only the booking embed changes.
