POS · Point of Sale
Ring up walk-ins, mixed carts (repairs + products + trade-ins) and split-tender payments in seconds — with hardware terminal, cash-drawer and receipt printing built in.
What it does
The POS is the shop's front-desk. Every walk-in interaction — from selling a screen protector to accepting a used iPhone in trade — happens through one keyboard-first screen designed for repair shops. It supports serialised inventory, per-line discounts, split-tender (cash + card + MobilePay + credit + gift card + trade-in credit), and pushes card charges directly to your SumUp terminal.
Who it's for
Cashiers and shop owners running a physical counter. Optimised for touch + keyboard; scanner-friendly (IMEI scan pulls the right serialised unit); no separate 'products' vs 'services' vs 'trade-in' apps.
Key features
- Repair services + products + trade-ins in one cart
- Split-tender payments — up to 6 methods in one sale
- SumUp Solo/Air terminal pushed automatically when a card leg exists
- Auto-ticket for pay-at-intake repairs (customer pays first, service is done later)
- Per-line discount (kr per unit OR %) — respected through invoice + reports
- Serialised scan-to-add — scan IMEI, right unit + price + VAT type land in the cart
- Park/resume carts so a customer stepping away doesn't block the queue
How it works
Pick a customer (or leave blank for walk-in). Add services from Reparationer or products from Produkter tabs. Discounts adjust totals live. Hit Betal, pick methods, and the terminal charges immediately. Receipt prints on the thermal printer. Ticket appears in Reparationer if it was a repair. Every sale writes to invoices + invoice_items + invoice_payments so reports stay accurate.
